Having been in the Information Technology industry since 1995 he has a wealth of experience that he brings to bear on the day to day issues faced.

From 2008 to 2025 he worked with Evolution Marketing Services (which merged with Optimate.me in late 2024), focused on SugarCRM and Zendesk.
