Hello, my name is Ben Hamilton, I’ve been in the Information Technology industry since 1995.

As an ACT! Certified Consultant, I currently work at Evolution Marketing Services where I assist businesses to consolidate their contact data into Contact Managment Systems (CMS and/or CRM) such as SageACT! (formerly ACT! by Sage), SageCRM. Then implement processes to leverage the CRM system to improve productivity and assist in achieving sales, marketing and business development objectives. To achieve this we both use ACT! and appropriate add-ons. Where required we develop custom .DLL files to add extra functionality and connectivity.
Prior to this I spent 2.5 years as a Senior Systems Engineer with Dolphin Technology (now part of Accountable Group), this involved working with MYOB (formerly Solution6, Ceedata & XLON), Handisoft, Microsoft products and Linux platforms, Document Managment, Document Storage, Firewalls, VPNs, Web Hosting, Virtualisation and a whole bunch of other fun things.
When I have spare time, it gets spent with my family, hiking, mountain bike riding, motorcycling, 4WD’ing or Geocaching, or surprise surprise, playing with new technology. Find out what the weather is like close to my place.
